Operator Induction and Training
After 14 years, we would like to think we know a thing or two about the equipment. Our training and induction programs are 2nd to none. If one of our staff introduce you to our machine, rest assured that they have been trained by the best in the business.
Review past maintenance records
We have a custom built computer system that keeps the records that our clients need. We maintain all of our equipment in line with or above the manufacturers specifications for added piece of mind.
Compaction Devices
Compaction Meters are fitted to the machines at the clients request. These devices highlight under or over compaction in areas of the road that would generally go un-noticed.
Compaction Talks
The team at Rollers Queensland have developed a 2 hour compaction talk that gives all operators, overseers, engineers and labourers alike the insight into how to compact a road properly. This may seem a simple task but if not done correctly, will very adversely affect the end result on the road. These compaction talks have been delivered to civil contractors, QLD Councils and Government engineers.
